The 60-day memorandum of understanding signed by both the United States and Iran over the cessation of the military conflict in Iran expired on Aug 17 without any final agreement.
The Tehran regime said the Strait of Hormuz will remain shut until the US meets the conditions of the MOU while US President Donald Trump said Iran would not make the type of deal that he thought was necessary.
